Show another field instead of employee name at employee drop down list

Hi,
Now employee id and employee name are showing at employee drop down list.
I want to show another field instead of employee name or employee id.
How is it possible?

It is employee customize form.

There I have set our customize employee_id field. But till now employee auto id and employee name are showing at employee drop down list

FIelds separated by comma(,) will be included in the “Search By” list of Search dialog box

Just add the fields you want in the “Search Fields” text input like this:

“employee_id,employee_name,gender,date_of_birth,branch,department,company_email”
