How to show Balance Sheet on Desk?

Open the report and select Add to Desktop from the menu. Refer to the given screenshot for more.
Check your permissions then. If you don’t have access to permission, ask your system manager.
What permission is needed? Even System Manager is unable to see menu & refresh options.
I don’t think there is any special permissions needed to see menu & refresh options. If you have access to the report, you should be able to see them. Can you check the browser console if there is any error?
There is no error in console…
