Hi,
when I create a customer issue I am able to chose the customer by its customer number. I would like to have the customer name showing up at the same time. Right now, this is not working. I have even added a data field to type in the customer name manually but the field is not showing up neither. Ideally, customer name comes up automatically.

Add customer_name is already in Search Fields for customer, did you change it via Customize Form?
It is in there, makes no difference.
Have you set customer naming by in “Selling Settings”?
