In print format, I only want to show the letterhead selected in the company Doctype; right now, all letterheads are showing in the print format.
I have selected a letterhead in the company doctype, and by default, it selects the company letterhead in the print format. However, when I click on the letterhead field in the print format, it shows all the available letterheads.
because letterhead doctype have no company field, so it will show the all letterhead.
It doesn’t apply conditions based on letterhead Doctype; it applies conditions based on the selected doctype for printing.
E.G: I was printing an expense claim, and it had a company field. The problem was that I had assigned a parent company permission from User Permission, so it was showing all of the child company letterheads.
removing unwanted permission resolved my issue
