How to create a sales invoice that shows only the totals of each Parent task.
Example: In a project there are (4) parent tasks & each parent has 1 or more subtasks. There is no sales order & settings are to allow sales invoice without a sales order.
After all timesheets have been submitted, the time being invoiced has to be manually input because ERPNext will not automatically populate a sales invoice with multiple timesheets, you can however retrieve all the timesheets for reference.
This is all well & good but the problem is that ERPNext retrieves ALL of the timesheets which then have to be manually calculated to reflect the parent task totals.
Is there a built-in method for retrieving just the parent task totals at the time of creating an invoice?
