You are right about the missing link. We would be happy to take this opportunity for completing the project-time sheet-billing link.
I have some questions:
- Do you bill per task or based on timeheet?
- In the sales invoice do you show how much each person has worked or you show the task. Or do you bill for the entire project?
- In the timesheet, do you capture both billable and non billable hours.
- Do you submit timesheets to the customer?
We will update the hours and cost to the project. Will post you as soon as its done. Probably next week.

Rushabh,To answer your questions:1. We bill per task; an employee's day can either be split among multiple tasks or devoted to one.2. Sales; we invoice monthly but only bill aggregate hours worked across the company. We do, however, have to keep a record of who worked what task and for how long to be compliant with legal obligations.3. Yes, both billable and non-billable.4. No, but we do have to store them for several years in the event of an audit.
