In my company we have a very simple salary stricture, No breakdown, Just Total salary. How do I make the formula to integrate with attendance ?
Once, you have created the salary structure and assigned to an employee, while generating salary slips via payroll entry, there is an option “Validate as per attendance”. When you check this option, your salary slips will be created as per the attendance marked.
Currently, system does not pull leaves based on attendance records on salary slip. It pulls leave data from leave application and calculate payment days. And you can select which salary components are depends on payment days and system calculates those components amount based on leave.
