Simple tax invoice KSA

Hi,

Is there any way to create simple tax invoice in ERPNext. Without VAT number?

we have provided a service to company outside KSA, and they don’t have VAT number, and we can not issue the tax invoice since we are in 2nd phase with ZATKA.

Mark that customer as B2C and try.
