Single template for Lead, Prospect and Customer import

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a single template with which I can import for Lead, Prospect and Customer at once… I know the answer is probably no, but just wanted to check with the community.

You can’t use a single template for importing Leads, Prospects, and Customers at once because each type has its own unique fields and structure. However, you can create separate templates for each type, making it easy to import data specific to Leads, Prospects, or Customers. Just go to the Import option in each module, download the template, fill in the details, and upload it. This way, you ensure that the data is correctly matched to the fields of each type.
