Site Achived by Frappe Cloud?

Hi, I signed up on ERPNext from the official website which took me to FCloud, I was using the trial and liked it for my organization, I cleared the payments and today my site is suddenly redirecting me to Frappe Cloud dashboard where it says “No sites” and it’s showing planz.erpnext.com archived in billing area. Why has this been done and how to revert it?

I cannot signup on the same domain again via ERPNext and $10 has been charged on my card.

Kindly help.

I did, they haven’t replied yet, I need to restore it ASAP as the operations of the organizations are affected. I need to know how can they archive without any confirmation from admin end?

it’s weekend maybe that’s why, I also had to wait 2 days once. there nothing you can do.
