Site Down with plan upgrade

Hi

We are on FrappeCloud with ERPNExt installed. We updated our plan to the next tier but the site has gone down with “Not Found” error.

Investigated this and in the Insights → Jobs dashboard we can find that “Remove site from Upstream” job has failed. On clicking this job, we can see that Restart NGINX task has failed.

Kindly guide us on what can we do on the Frappe Cloud shared plan?
