Client maintains a local server. Yesterday I rebooted the server because it hangs after reboot it doesn’t access the network but it is accessed inside the server. But the site pings outside the network but is not accessible. We tried certbot installations, the multi-tenant on, also turned off the firewalls, and also check in DNS lookup it was mapped.
Are other services reachable from outside the network, for example ssh?
Is the server hosting virtual machines or is ERPNext running natively?
Are the port forwards to the VM correct?

if you can ssh into the guest and see what
bench setup nginx reports, then make sure the port that you are trying to access from the lan in a browser is being forwarded to the port that your site in the VM is on.
