Having finally got an install of erpnext id now like to break it as quick as possible - to this end, making some customisation seems the quickest approach!
I would like to create an enhancement to the HR / Skills section that allows an employee to enter their “certifications” - this should have fields for the “governing body” name (and perhaps a seperate table where “governing bodies” list their available certifications), the date the employee passed the certificate, the date the certificate expires and an upload section to enclose photo proofs of the certifiates. Behind the scenes i need a report generated to flag any certifiates that have expired… The simple summary of this is “skills matrix”… any guidance on embarking on this project, or perhaps an eample of a similar customisation would be appreciated… or perhaps its already been done and ive missed it! thanks.Alex
