Frappe HRMS already tracks attendance. Discipline HR adds the part most companies build in spreadsheets: a grace-minutes pool per employee, a clear ledger of
what’s left, and an automatic salary deduction when someone goes over — or is absent without permission.
What’s inside this release:
• Grace ledger with weekly / monthly / yearly resets per shift
• Pre-Authorization workflow so HR can excuse a known late arrival before it costs the employee
• Three penalty policies — Factor, Fixed Per Hour, and an escalating Penalty Matrix
• Salary Slip guard that blocks payroll if any attendance is still in error state
• Four script reports for payroll, audit, and operational triage
