I referred to the documentation but could not find any solution so I need help with it.

Go to SMS setting
in SMS Gateway URL Enter

https://<your_api_key>:<your_api_token><subdomain>/v1/Accounts/<your_sid>/Sms/send

In message parameter enter

Body

in Receiver Parameter enter
