Sms integration with preapproved template

I’m attempting to send an SMS with three dynamic values. I’m currently testing it using the SMS center, but unfortunately, it’s not working as expected.

Hello everyone, I have successfully tested the message functionality. However, I have an additional query: following order placement, all notifications are currently being received by the owner exclusively. Upon reviewing the notification template, I noticed that there’s a “Notification Recipient” option in the dropdown menu, but it only offers one choice ‘owner’. Can anyone assist me in configuring the system to send an SMS to the customer after they place an order?
