getting this error any one how to resolve???

That’s not an error…
*:9000 means that listening on TCP port 9000 on ALL interfaces → *=ALL

The errors are above and can be solved following the relative instruction printed on video.

There are no errors there - just warnings.
You just need to open a browser to http://localhost:8000 and you should be good to go
