The image I attach to the letterhead , disappears while saving . Please help

I am able to attach image in letterhead using HTML coding , anyway the easy method does not work. Raised issue in github

I have observed the same behavior in V7.
The WYSIWYG editor creates only an empty might tag.
The workaround was to create manually the markup for the image.
Looks like the WYSIWYG editor is not working correctly.

@Idat-Consulting Exactly , but the server is not in a static IP . If my IP address changes then clients will not be able to see any logo . Raised a issue in github .
Please fix the issue

You can use dynamic DNS service as a workaround. And actually it might be useful disregarding issue with the letterhead, just by itself, as you won’t need to mess around with unexpectedly changed IP address.

I’m not using DDNS service, so you can just check on the Internet. At first sight, the Dynu and DuckDNS seem to be decent.
Keep in mind, that if you are planning to setup connection to DDNS server on your router, then you are limited to the set of services, that router’s firmware proposes, so check it first.
