When setting a Rate will be same value for both buying and selling?

@shraddha thx for the link …but it is still not clear …question is: checking selling and buying on price list …the rate will be the same for buying and selling transactions?
I dont get the feature to have a selling and buying on the same price list …

Hi,
Rate can be same for Buying and selling.
-You can made different Price list for Buying and selling
And it will be apply on “Item Price” .
On “Item Price” - you define Rate
and That rate will be fetch at the time transaction of selling and Buying
by selecting “Price List”
