when i am doing sudo apt-get update or sudo apt update, i get below error

Hi, It may help to say the instructions you are following to install Erpnext. The message suggests the repository that you are attempting to download Mariadb from is not online or is not properly configured. Try deleting it from your apt sources.

i resolved it by changing 10.3 to 10.5 in sources

you are correct here, therefore i changed the version to 10.5
