I would like to sort various documents by the column titles without having to generate a report each time. For example, when I go to the customers list, I would like to see them alphabetically to make it easy to find customers. Is this possible?
It can be possible through “Customize Form”.
- Go to Setup->Customize->Customize Form
- enter Form Type= Customer
- there is two field i.e Sort Field and Sort Order
4.you can select respective Sort field and Sort order
5.Update it and check.
You can do the same for all documents

this or does the admin change apply to all users?
Is there also a way to set a default for the number of views for each form
Only Admin can do this changes ,once it change it will be affected everywhere.
