Staffing plan fields not updated after adding job openings

The current opening and current count fields in the staffing plan is not updated after the job opening is created.

Ideally, a staffing plan is created first and then the job opening is added. why are those two fields not updated,after adding the opening and hiring an employee against the opening?

I’m facing same issue on v13. Only current count not update. After create an employee from the applicant applied in web from base on the job opening has designation same as staffing plan, current count field value not increase.
