is there a list somewhere of what payment gateways that have been integrated and what feature sets that are supported for each.

thx, but when I check the github repo for the paypal integration it say deprecated?
I’m missing the realtime IPN’s so if someone is interested in extending the integration let me know

PayPal is directly integrated in core since V11. Check Integration module of your system
