When we set a Salary Component in Earnings as Statistical it can’t be used in deductions.
The other case of issue in this version, is the use of a Additional Salary in a formula within a Salary Component.
Anyone else is having this problem?

Your salary component can either be an earning or a deduction. It cannot be both at the same time. however, you can use the earning component in the formula of a deduction component.
Could you please elaborate this issue with an example?

I ment the abbreviation of the component to use the value in another formula.
I have this example.
Salary structure Earnings
Salary Structure Deducctions
Additional Salary
Salary Structure Assignment
When I run the Payroll Entry, I got this salary slip.
I should get in Earnings
Estadistico = 32,500.00
and in Deductions
Josmel = 32,500.00 also.
Tried replicating this and faced the same issue. I think it is because the deductions got calculated before the statistical component. Since the formula for Boni
and jd
is the same, you can use SB+Boni
in jd
, and then it should work as expected.
Thanks for the response @michelle. But still have the other issue. This.
Please help me to set an Issue in Github and that some developer can do something about it.
anyone knows if this issue was fixed?
