Status Ready to Bill

Hi again-
We have a process whereby we do not bill/invoice our customer until we have received all invoices from the suppliers for that sales order. Thus, we need a way for ERPNext to inform us that all Purchase invoices have been submitted for the associated purchase orders. I’m curious to know how the system determines the status “Ready to Bill” as this may be what we need but I can’t seem to find the documentation describing what that is triggered on.

The flip side is an easy report method for determining what POs aren’t linked with a PI yet so we can ask the supplier for the invoices in order to bill our customer.
