Stock Balance Value and Balance Sheet Mismatch

hello,

I facing issue with Stock Balance Value and Balance Sheet - Stock in hand values are not matching each other.

Stock balance showing 105280.36 while balance sheet showing 106336.36, the difference is 1056

i checked the report Stock and Account Value Comparison, its just showing one stock reconciliation voucher with the difference of 6, but i cannot trace another 1050.

the vouchers which are being used for stock and accounts are only Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, Purchase Invoice, Stock Reconciliation however i checked all entries in these vouchers are matching its accounts and stock values individually.

can anybody help?

Check stock transfer document. Culprit maybe the rounding of the amount.

you mean Stock Entry? system don’t have a single Stock Entry. the system only using
Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, Purchase Invoice, Stock Reconciliation

Check Stock and Account Value Comparison Report. It will show you the difference.

Hi @Muzzy - do you know what is the logic behind the Stock And Account Value Comparison report? Like what is the calculation being done. The documentation isn’t very detailed.
