Stock Balance within office

In our office we are planning to track A4 bundle, Eatable items like biscuit and other small items. I created a items in Stocks and create a warehouse - Office Supplies Warehouse.

What is the correct way to track this items in office. I need to track the balance qty and Which employee has used this items. Material transfer or Material Receipt. How to track in,out, stock.

You can search it from Office Warehouse. Or if an item group has been created for the office for that item, you can also search from the item group. I simply suggest to you that something like this can happen.

Do I need to do a material transfer to another warehouse, like a ‘Used Items Warehouse,’ and track the balance? is this correct way?

Even if you are going to transfer the material or purchase the material, you have to select the warehouse and it is a simple thing.
