Stock entry and cost center as distributor

one of our supplier keeping their items in our warehouse and we are helping them to sell their products as our sale. but we will receive their purchase invoice after the sales happens and the contract with supplier is to pay cost of item+75% margin profit after the sale. Which way is better to receive the items in warehouse for process the sale. Is better to keep a separate cost center for this situation to calculate profit margin that we gain from this contract.
