Stock ledger permissions

Hey there everyone
I wanted to ask if there is a way to hide a certain column in stock ledger from certain users???

No, there is no such option available, but, you can remove the columns you don’t want the User to have access to and then Save the report with your desired name.

Once done, you can restrict the user to have access to Stock Ledger and provide the access to the new report you created.

but he will have the access to the original stock ledger anyway?
plus how do i restrict access to the new saved stock ledger?

Role Permission Manager for Page and Report.

i did that ,but the user who views the new report gets this message

Pick one of the Roles that the user has (or create a new one) and give read access to the user to the Batch DocType (you may have to give write access too depending on what the user does) and try again.

Go to Role Permissions Manager, Select Batch DocType and ensure that at least one of the roles the user has, has read access.
