Stock Ledger report is not showing any entry of an item using item filter for last one month in one instance, but working in another instance of same database set

We have encountered an peculiar issue which is appearing in one instance and not appearing in another instance of the same Data set.

We have made a Purchase Receipt of an Item which is duly submitted, but not appearing in the Stock Ledger report while using Item Filter. Since it is not showing in the Stock Ledger, we are not able to do Stock Issue.

However, the above scenario is working in another instance with the same Data Set.

Hi,

May we know the versions of Frappe and Erpnext for each instance?
Is the Purchase Receipt entered separately in each instance or is the database common to both instances , not separately maintained? How are the data database(s) kept synced if separate?
