Stop Auto POST Requests

How to stop Notifications as in Developer Tool, I found same request is called again and again resulting in error 502 and 504.
The command is

cmd:frappe.desk.notifications.get_notifications

Any help please

Facing slimier issue, due to this facing “Upstream Request Timeout Error”.
Kindly help.
