Stop automatically saving attachments for incoming emails

My company has an incoming email account setup for ERP.

Companies will send an email to this account and ERP will create a CRM. Which is great. However, when it receives the email it saves all the images in the email and saves them in the attachments folder.

It won’t even let us delete the attachments. How can we DISABLE the saving of attachments on incoming emails so we don’t quickly run out of disk space?

any update on this??

i dont actually need email incoming but it must be enabled to show reply to email address in sent emails,
