I need to know from where can I stop all Birthday reminders
I tried from HR setting > Stop Birthday reminder … But still active and receive emails notification about birthdays … !!

What do you mean of bench restart and how can I do it !
login to the server using putty etc, go to frappe-bench, and run bench restart
