Stop LMS Portal View Being Default on Login to ERPNext?

Hi,

When I install the LMS in an existing ERPNext installation it “takes over” a bit.

When logging in to the system, instead of going to Desk the user is redirected to the LMS Portal.

Is there a way to stop this and restore the default of the user being redirected to the Desk?

Yes!! I Have the same issue and have documented LMS Github page. I still need to run ERPNext and it’s the main project within the frappe installation. LMS is a part to help employees onboard and understand.

Reasons to have LMS and ERPNext side by side, is to keep a single user base. I can check which users have completed their training and which haven’t for my ISO Certification.

I tried fixing this by going into Role and forcing the login route to be /desk or /app but to no success. Is there another way??? anyone???

The issue is with Drive too. When you install drive, the default page becomes the drive and you can’t keep the homepage active.

and if i can suggest a simple enhancement. Since the user will now go directly to Desk, would it be possible to add a “Courses” link below the user’s avatar. This way they can access the Courses UI without having to type in the url and without the company having to show the link on the main website.

Again just a suggestion, i’m sure i can work around this for now, but would be a nice feature to have :slight_smile: !

@ablishek this link is already present in the LMS Workspace. The user will just have to go to the workspace and there its the very first link.
