Sublink Doesn't Appear on Field

I want to link my employee

but it doesnt display

I tried making it a data type but it does,t seem to work

Could you share the complete screenshot for which Doctype are you trying to add this Approve by: field as also if you can explain the use case it would give a more clarity.

try change “approve_by.first_name” => “approve_by.employee_name”
