Submitting 230 Salary Slips timeout

Is submitting salary slip limited? I submit from Process Payroll.

The issue caused by email. After I disable sending email, It took several second.

Hello, I have the same problem.
Is there any other way to solve this other than disabling sending email?
Even if I submit 1 salary slip the request times out.
I still need the email to be sent so I want to solve this without disabling sending of email. Email domain is working fine.

I am running ERPNext v10.1.48 Frappe v10.1.45 hosted in digitalocean ubuntu 16.04
