Can someone explain to me how Subscription is different from Auto Repeat?
Seems the only difference is the ability to auto send an email on the creation of an invoice.

The autorepetir only repeats the document that you tell him in the period that you mention.
The subscription module is what the service companies really needed. The main function, is that if they update the prices of the product, and that product is in a plan, this one updates the subscription and that this one generates the invoices (placing the template of tax that you want, etc).
Then you have many options referred to a trial stage etc. They have nothing to do with each other.
I also recommend you to try it well because at least in my case, nobody is answering me in github about errors at the time of generating the invoices that the subscription sets up.
