Supplier is not able to submit the RFQ page

I have generated Request for quotation and email triggered successfully to my supplier but once they are submiting the page, nothing happens.
No error , no message. Page is not getting submitted , which means ,purchase manager will not able to see the quotation on portal.

Please open the console (F12 key) and see if the console is throwing some error/traceback
This will help you debug the issue

Thanks Manan, i checked but no errror on console.
