Supplier Tax ID is not being hidden

Hi,

I tried to hide the field “Supplier tax id” in Purchase Invoice Creation form. Unfortunately I couldn’t make it hidden any how!

I even tried to hide it from the Supplier doctype, removed the “Option” field so that it can’t fetch data. As I can’t remove any standard field, how can I make it hidden or any other read only field on other doctypes as well?

have you performed following?

bench migrate

I didn’t know that I need to do a bench migrate to hide the field. Others fields are getting hidden with just a reload!

And, no, bench migrate doesn’t do the trick either!
