Support for MySQL 8+ / Postgresql 14+

Hello team,

I saw some threads in this forum around support for mysql / postgresql on Frappe. I was wondering if there already is / going to be some support for either MySQL / Postgresql on Frappe HR. We would like to use Frappe HR in our organisation but we cannot use MariaDB for certain internal reasons. Please let me know.

If either of these is not supported, I am happy to fork the project to make it work with either MySQL or PostgreSQL. Would you be able to let me know if the changes would be straight-forward or if it requires a massive rewrite of the codebase?
