If any support staff monitor the forums please help with resolving the listed ticket.
Our site has been suspended even though I do not have the ability to update my billing information (even though there is a valid payment method on file) due to our erpnext site not being linked to out frappe cloud account, have made multiple attempts to resolve prior to the change in billing with support but have gotten no response.
You’ll want to contact Frappe customer support directly. Their Customer Service team doesn’t surf these forums looking for issues.
