Support Ticket Contents

Hello all

Can anyone explain to me how to set up my email alerts for issues raised (tickets) such that the contents of the tickets raised is displayed in the email alerts sent?

At the moment even though my agents get the alerts via email they still need to log into erpnext to see the contents of the support tickets raised before knowing what the issue is.

{{doc.description}} only returns None

I will really appreciate a pointer in the right direction.
