It’s great that in a Contact timeline you can see related historical emails with no intervention, but on the timeline these emails show with the ingested date/time not the email date/time. And the original date sent is not shown in the header in timeline view so there is no way of knowing what the original date was. The emails are in Communication Inbox with the correct date/times.
Is it possible to customise this behaviour?
