i have set the notification but its not showing what can be the possible reason

any time of notification like creating new or changing status it is showing the notification green color but inside it is empty
@Mubasher this is an email notification . it will not appear in the notification bar . instead use system notifications .
system notification is checked on this mean it will send both email and system notification
@Mubasher try a different user than administrator.
already tried for all users its empty
@Mubasher did you receive the email ? can you check notification log page ?
yes they all are sent email notification but not systems
