Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue in ERPNext v16 related to the Lead doctype.
Inside a Lead, under the Activities tab and the Notes tab, the options to add a Task or add a Note are not appearing.
What I have already tried:

Checked Role Permissions Manager

Verified Task and Note doctypes — all permissions seem correct

Cleared cache (
bench clear-cache,bench clear-website-cache) -
Reloaded doctype
-
Tried in Incognito browser
-
Restarted bench multiple times
Still, the New Task and New Note buttons are missing. Only comments and “New Email / New Event” are visible.

Can someone please confirm if I am missing something in configuration, or if this is a bug in v16?
