Hi,
I have a unique issue , where background jobs in the task scheduler are enqueued but not running.
Running bench doctor shows that the scheduler is enabled,
To clear job in the queue i have to either restart the bench or disable-scheduler and re-enable it.
Fixes i have tried include
setting pause scheduler:0 key in the common_site_config.json
