Tax and Charges section is not present in the Pyment Entry doctype

Hi.
As a user I don’t really know the exact version I’m using but it would be v13.
I have configured the accounts and tax templates, suppliers with a withholding category.
I try to apply withholding of taxes to the source in advance payments but I do not see the section of Taxes and Charges present in the Payment Entry document as the documentation shows.
It is not that it is hidden because that it is not directly present in the doctype.
Could it be that it is present from a special version?

Hi,

In v 13.17 the Taxes and Charges section does not appear until either Customer or Supplier Party Type is chosen from the Payment From/To dropdown. I have not tried this for an advanced payment.
