Whether the correct tax fetching from the item tax table for sales order, delivery note, sales invoice, purchase order, purchase receipt and purchase invoice?

@GOKULNATH.M For me its not fetching sometimes eventhough the data are valid.

Yes, In the item, tax table if you give more than one tax template, the first tax template in the item will fetch all invoices and orders.
