When I create a Quote the correct ‘Terms’ value is selected, however, the Terms Details are blank (happens most of the time not always). I need to select the ‘Terms’ value tab, then retype the ‘Terms’ label that is already displayed for the Terms Details and I can see the field is then filled in correctly (not blank). As our bank details are in these Terms, it means unless we check this tab each time before submitting the Quote, we are sending Quotes with the Terms field as blank.
Not sure if anyone else has this same problem?
