Testing HL7 Messages for Multiple Tenants Using a Single User ID in CAIR 2.0

Hello,

I am working on integrating HL7 messages with multiple tenants, each having different company IDs and passwords. We are using CAIR 2.0 for this purpose.

My question is:
How can we test HL7 messages for different tenants while using a single user ID from Hostinger?

Any guidance or suggestions on achieving this would be greatly appreciated.
